Ian is going to kill me. He is into EVERYTHING! Luke was my only other kid whom I felt I'd have to tie up so I could get anything done. Let me just give you a summary of the last 24 hours:
- climbed up on my bathroom sink and got into my make-up. Ian decided he wanted to wear make-up like mom so took the lids off everything and not only made himself look like a clown, but also managed to ruin half my lipstick, eye liner and lip liner.
- decided to use my electric tooth brush to clean the floor, my sink, his hair, body ,etc.
- stripped naked and peed on the carpet
- climbed up on my bathroom sink and turned on the faucet. Water overflowed and went all over the floor, into every drawer, and into my cupboard under the sink
- somehow managed to open the closet door, climb three shelves almost to the ceiling and get into the medicine
- pushed a chair all the way from the kitchen to the laundry room so he could climb up on the shelf, get my purse, and eat all my gum (last time he got into my purse he somehow opened a childproof bottle of children's Advil and ate everything remaining in the bottle. I had to call poison control, but luckily he only ended up with diarrhea)
- filled up the bathtub, climbed in with his pajamas on and decided he wanted to bathe with Daron's slippers, every towel in the bathroom, and his sweatshirt
- pushed over a stool in the piano room so he could climb up to the top of the bookshelves to get the M&Ms Maryn had tried to hide from him during her Family Home Evening object lesson
- took a cup from the kitchen and filled it up who knows how many times and proceeded to dump it all over the kitchen floor and into the garbage can so garbage started leaking out the bottom and all over the floor. I had been trying to get dressed and when I asked Gabe, who was sitting at the kitchen table this whole time, if he hadn't noticed Gabe was flooding the kitchen, he said, "Oh, I just thought he was drinking a lot."
In fact, this didn't even happen in the last 24 hours. This happened in the last 20 hours and he was asleep for 14 of them!!!
