Back to School

The kids have been off school since Oct. 1st for fall break and go back to school tomorrow. We went to Sun Valley for the first week. We had planned on doing a lot of biking as they have beautiful bike trails up there, but we actually had snow the first two days. After that it warmed up and it all melted so we were able to do some biking. One of the kids' favorite activities was ice skating. We also played lots of games and read some good books together. We cooked every night and had brought most of the food up with us. It was fun spending time in the kitchen together and we had dessert EVERY night. The last night Maryn and Luke babysat while Daron and I went out to eat at a place called Globus which Rachel Ray says has the best calamari on the planet. Of course we had to try it and it was delicious!
