I learned...

Today after church we asked the kids what they had learned in class.  When it was Ian's turn he said, "Well, I turned the light on and off, then on and off, then on and off.  The teacher said 'Let's leave the light on' and I said 'No!  The light needs to be off so we don't waste electricity.'  She turned the light on so I said louder, 'The Light Needs To Be Off So We Don't Waste Electricity!'  Then I said louder (and he started shouting here) 'THE LIGHT NEEDS TO BE OFF SO WE DON'T WASTE ELECTRICITY!!'"  I'm sure teaching Sunbeams is such a joy.  This is something Daron had told Ian once last week so at least some things do sink in.
